Just a short note about my ads.
One of the ways I make some money here is by readers patronizing my advertisers. If you click on either of the above banner ads, I get a small fee. A very small fee - but a fee nonetheless.
The ad for Amazon.com on the left works a bit differently. If you want to buy anything through Amazon - I will make a small fee if you enter their site through the ad on the left and buy something they sell. It does not have to be the book I am currently recommending.
So if you are in the market for any book or item that they carry, please buy it this way.
