It seems like my Internet problems have been solved. I appreciate everyone's patience. My neighborhood had very little flooding. My house is on a hill an was not flooded at all.
However, Albany Park - the neighborhood where Telshe Yeshiva is located - got some pretty severe flooding - the worst in the city. According to news reports that neighborhood is going to be declared a disaster area. But a contact has told me that no one was was hurt and there has been no property damage to the school or the Kollel apartments.
